Job Purpose and Role
A Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is someone responsible for all of the communication and documentation involved in a real estate transaction. This includes administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, listing properties, preparing contracts, and collecting deposits.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contracts/amendments/forms to broker, title co & lenders + Manage greensheet and compliance process with brokerage on each file.
- Manage contract docs, amendments and associated docs for Buyers and Sellers.
- Contract to close duties including vendors/contractors/agents as well as clients (4 touches).
- Put Buyer books together.
- Create Comparative Marketing Analysis.
- Put listing presentations together – Analysis, Estimated Net Sheet, Timeline and Marketing plans together
- Onboarding listings – Staging, marketing, Photos, lockbox/sign to property, MLS/upload docs, LB on MLS & CSS Scheduler.
- Listings – Help implement marketing plan – campaigns, put on property tours, update status in MLS as needed.
- Manage weekly feedback and put together a weekly email of feedback to the agents (due Wed). Check Supra Website for list.
- Create, manage and maintain contracts etc in Dotloop as well as in client files for Buyers and Sellers.
- Set-up and manage client files in Gdrive (potential, active, closed). Update with important docs ongoingly and after closing.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
- Proficient with computer software and transaction management systems.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Location: Fully Remote
Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CST (Flexible as needed)
Compensation:
- $673.08 monthly (Paid Biweekly)
