Job Purpose and Role

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy.
• Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence by creating meaningful contents
• Define most important social media KPIs.
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through social media marketing
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Other social media related tasks

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years experience as a Social Media Specialist/Manager
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
• Proficient and creative in content writing
• Resourceful and positive approach to problem solving and willingness to go the extra mile
• Solid knowledge of the social media platforms and how to maximize it
• Preference will be given to candidates with experienced in the staffing industry

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Shift can be flexible as needed)
