Job Purpose and Role

The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily professional routines.
  • Calendar management which includes scheduling meetings, appointments and zoom calls.
  • Make travel arrangements, including flight and hotel accommodations, and transportation transfers if needed
  • Attend meetings and takes notes of discussion
  • Willing to communicate via WhatsApp
  • Other general administrative responsibilities as needed


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in an executive level support role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Resourceful and positive approach to problem solving and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Outstanding organizational, time management skills and a great eye for detail.
  • Ability to give and receive candid feedback professionally

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM CST (Flexible as needed)
