Job Purpose and Role

The Recruitment Coordinator responsibilities include attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule client interviews for candidates.
  •  Source qualified candidates for open roles nationwide.
  • Manage the recruitment team email inbox.
  • Assist new hires and re-deploys in completing their onboarding and credentialing. requirements to compliance standards.
  • Assist with the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
  • Manage ad-hoc projects in support of the recruitment team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of working in a recruitment role.
  • Experience in and knowledge of the recruitment process.
  • Knowledge of employment legislature and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR resources and tools.

Location: Fully Remote


Schedule: Full Time, 8 AM to 5 PM EST, 40 hours per week
