Job Purpose and Role

We’re looking for dedicated and confident individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Representative/s for a U.S.-based insurance company.


In this role, you will focus on making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and transferring interested prospects to licensed insurance agents in the U.S. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys talking to people and are looking for a remote opportunity, we’d love to have you on board.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company.
  • Engage prospects in conversation using a structured script to assess their interest and eligibility for various life insurance products such as term life, whole life, final expense, and annuities.
  • Identify qualified prospects and perform live call transfers to licensed insurance agents based in the U.S. for policy discussion and enrollment.
  • Ensure clear, professional, and courteous communication at all times to build trust and maintain a positive client experience.
  • Utilize the company’s dialer system and CRM platform to manage calls efficiently, document lead interactions, update contact information, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence.
  • Comfortable working with scripts and handling outbound calls in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Background in the insurance industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with using CRM tools or dialer systems.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer or laptop, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when capturing client information and updating records.
  • Self-motivated and coachable, with a willingness to follow processes and improve based on feedback.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively within a remote setup.

Employment Set Up: Full Time, Independent Contractor

Schedule: 40 hours per week, within Central Standard Time (CST).
