Job Purpose and Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) – German Speaking (Multilingual) is tasked with identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads in German-speaking regions, with a focus on the IT solutions market and the food, beverage, and hospitality industries. This role requires fluency in both German and English, as well as an understanding of these specific industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads in the IT solutions and food, beverage, and hospitality sectors within German-speaking markets.
  • Engage with prospects in both German and English to understand their needs and present the company’s offerings.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring multilingual communication is logged accurately.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine and localize outreach strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed set targets for lead generation and meeting bookings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, particularly in IT solutions and the relevant sectors in German-speaking regions.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or customer service role, ideally within IT solutions or the food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Multilingual capabilities, with a focus on German and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling IT solutions or services to German-speaking customers in the relevant sectors.
  • Knowledge of cultural nuances in German-speaking markets.
  • Background in the IT solutions or the food, beverage, and hospitality industries.


Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Shift is within the US Time Zones)
