Job Purpose and Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) – French Speaking (Multilingual) is responsible for driving lead generation efforts in French-speaking markets, specifically within the IT solutions and food, beverage, and hospitality industries. The role requires fluency in French and English, with the ability to navigate cultural and linguistic differences to build strong customer relationships in these sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound lead generation activities targeting French-speaking prospects in the IT solutions and relevant sectors.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with leads in both French and English to qualify them for the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all communications in the CRM system, with a focus on language-specific interactions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop localized content and outreach strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities in the IT solutions and food, beverage, and hospitality sectors in French-speaking regions.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience in a sales, customer service, or marketing role, preferably within the IT solutions or the food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Multilingual and culturally aware, with a focus on French and English markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the IT solutions market or working with clients in the food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
  • Knowledge of cultural differences in French-speaking regions.
  • Previous experience working in a multilingual environment within the relevant sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling IT solutions or services to the food, beverage, and hospitality industries.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques specific to these sectors.
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling.

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Shift is within the US Time Zones)
