Job Purpose and Role

A Sales Representative is a professional who represents a company and its products or services to potential customers, with the primary goal of generating sales and revenue for the company. They typically have a more senior role with a wide range of responsibilities, including managing client relationships, generating leads, and closing deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be fully knowledgeable about the services offered
  • Find prospects, follow sales leads, discuss terms with potential customers, and convince them to sign a contract.
  • Contact new and existing clients to discuss needs
  • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
  • Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
  • Maintain contact lists in the CRM and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  • Other sales related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in using MS applications and CRM tools
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Experience in ZoomInfo or Apollo.ai is required and Pipedrive CRM is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to get results and meet commitments
  • Thorough knowledge in using ZoomInfo or Apollo.ai to generate leads
  • Have worked with a remote staffing company or any related in the past and bring industry best practices and strategies

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Shift is within the US Time Zones)

Compensation::

1st Option: Base Pay + Commission Pay (Structured Work Schedule) 2nd Option: Commission Pay (Flexible Work Schedule)
