Job Purpose and Role

A Sales Manager provides leadership to the sales team. Motivates and encourages the sales team to grow and ensure quotas are met. Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets. 


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be fully knowledgeable about the services offered
  • Run regular Sales Team meetings
  • Coach Lead Gen Team in finding prospects, follow sales leads, discuss terms with potential customers, and close deals.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, over the phone, to demonstrate how our offerings meet the needs of potential customers.
  • Address customer objections and concerns professionally and persuasively, providing solutions and information to overcome barriers to closing deals.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to successfully close deals and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Foster positive, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional post-sale support and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Experience in ZoomInfo is and Pipedrive CRM is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to get results and meet commitments
  • Thorough knowledge of generating leads
  • Have worked with a remote staffing company or any related in the past and bring industry best practices and strategies

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Shift is within the US Time Zones)

Compensation:

  • Base Pay + Commission Pay + Bonus (Fixed Work Schedule)
