Job Purpose and Role

As an Operations Manager, you will identify and implement operational improvements, develop and enforce company policies, and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departments to identify operational improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and update company policies and processes, ensuring proper implementation.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination between cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Identify and mitigate operational and HR risks.
  • Manage and monitor departmental headcount.
  • Allocate and manage the company budget to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure departments have necessary resources to meet operational needs.
  • Administer payroll and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Review compensation for new hires and current employees for salary adjustments.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with clients to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Plan activities to promote employee motivation and engagement.
  • Foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • With a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any other relevant field.
  • With proven experience in Operations
  • Preferably with work experience in a Staffing industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal personality and engagement skills.
  • Possess skills in critical thinking, people management and leadership.

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM EST)
