Job Purpose and Role

The Lead Generation/Sales Support Specialist role is a sales position with consideration to work remotely for someone who is experienced in the industry. This team member will be 100% focused on pipeline-generating activities and prospect development. They will also be the one who collects and evaluates potential sales opportunities. They often work for companies that focus on selling their products or services to other businesses and contact prospective customers.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients
  • Pursue, engage, and nurture new and existing clients to understand how they make decisions, when they might look for services, and build a long-term relationship
  • Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs
  • Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of working in a sales hunter and/or lead generation role
  • Knows how to build relationships with existing clients and prospects
  • Experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and appointment setting
  • Performance-oriented and Metric driven Hunter
  • Experience with LinkedIn is required and Pipedrive CRM is preferred
  • Experience in ZoomInfo, Apollo.ai, or similar B2B lead gen platforms is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to get results and meet commitments
  • Thorough knowledge of using B2B platforms to generate leads
  • Have worked with a remote staffing company or similar in the past and bring industry best practices and strategies

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Compensation:

  • 1st Option: Base Pay + Commission Pay 
  • 2nd Option: Commission Pay (Flexible Work Schedule)
