Job Purpose and Role

The Executive Assistant will manage operations across multiple business ventures. This role involves overseeing email and calendar management, website editing, SEO optimization, social media engagement, client outreach, and lead generation. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage email and calendar systems, filtering out unnecessary communications and highlighting important matters.
  • Perform tasks such as adding knowledge base articles and how-to tutorials to intranet portal.
  • Schedule onboarding training and virtual meetings.
  • Edit websites, optimizing them for SEO, writing blog articles, and increasing lead generation.
  • Handle social media posting and engagement for both businesses.
  • Assist in growing the client base by focusing on a specific target audience.
  • Develop and manage social media accounts to generate inbound leads.
  • Screen potential candidates to ensure they meet our selective criteria.
  • Generate social media attention to attract more clients.
  • Develop a comprehensive system for advertising, call to actions, scheduling screening calls, and onboarding new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing email and calendar systems.
  • Strong skills in SEO, content creation, and website management.
  • Proficiency in social media management and engagement.
  • Experience in client outreach and lead generation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Schedule: 1 month contract, 40 hours per week (Shift is within the US Time Zones)

Compensation:

  • $1,065.38 monthly (Paid Biweekly)
  • Opportunity to transition from contract to permanent employment based.
