Job Purpose and Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement paid social media campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize digital marketing efforts. This dynamic position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective advertising campaigns on Meta’s Ads manager platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as well as LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with our overall marketing strategy
- Monitor and manage campaigns daily, adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
- Utilize HubSpot and other internal tracking tools for campaign tracking, lead management, and to create detailed performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and scaling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are fully integrated with all marketing channels for a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and platform updates to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budget allocation for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal use of resources for maximum ROI.
- Expert in driving leads and conversions through paid social media campaigns
- Perform A/B testing and other experiments to improve ad performance, including ad creatives, ad formats, landing pages, and audience targeting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visual assets and optimize content for social media platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications or related field
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, including 2+ years of paid social media advertising
- Expert in organization and project management
- Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on Meta’s Ads Manager and LinkedIn, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus specifically in campaign tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of other digital marketing channels and integration strategies is a plus.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all digital marketing initiatives.
