Job Purpose and Role

A Customer Service Representative supports customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. They’re the front line of support for clients and customers and they help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service — You are expected to handle a large amount of customer inquiries via email, chat, and live calls. You will be assisting customers by providing knowledgeable information and going the extra mile to give them the correct details to their respective queries. Exhibit the skills and qualities expected in a customer service representative position
  • Resolve Complaints — With the inevitability of problems that may arise, you should be able to calmly respond to the customers’ complaints to your best ability while maintaining a positive attitude. Your goal should be to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • After Customer Service Care — Establish customer accounts and record account information through customer interactions, may it be an inquiry or a complaint. Maintain open communication with new and existing customers that is built through sustainable relationships and trust with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist or as a Customer Service Representative
  • Have experience responding to online inquiries from guests via email, chat, and live customer service calls. 
  • Experienced as a User/Host for Airbnb, booking.com, and virbo is  an advantage
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Full-Time, US Time Zone

Compensation:
