Job Purpose and Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Bubble.io Developer to work alongside our existing team of Bubble developers. You’ll implement high-fidelity designs and pre-prepared requirements, maintain and optimize our four environment levels (Development, Staging, Production, and Demo), and ensure the platform operates smoothly. This role focuses on building robust, scalable front-end features and collaborating effectively with our single Product Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement front-end features on our Bubble.io platform based on high-fidelity designs and clear requirements.
- Maintain and manage four environment levels: Development, Staging, Production, and Demo.
- Collaborate with a team of two other Bubble developers to deliver high-quality work in a coordinated development process.
- Ensure platform responsiveness and functionality across devices and browsers.
- Debug and resolve issues to optimize performance and user experience.
- Work within Jira for sprint development tickets and use Confluence for maintaining documentation.
- Integrate APIs from Xano and third-party services to enhance platform functionality.
- Regularly review, test, and deploy updates across environments while adhering to best practices.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Bubble.io, including workflows, database structures, and responsive design.
- Experience implementing API endpoints from Xano is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate detailed designs into functional and visually appealing components.
- Experience maintaining multiple environments and ensuring synchronization between them.
- Familiarity with API integration and external service management in Bubble.io.
- Strong debugging skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Comfortable working within structured sprint cycles and managing tasks in Jira.
- Experience with team collaboration tools like Confluence for documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
