Job Purpose and Role

A Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, scheduling sales calls and maintaining a consistent pipeline for the company. You will work closely with our client’s managing partners to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Apollo.io, Hubspot, cold calls and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with making cold calls and sending emails to potential customers
  • Familiarity with sales metrics and KPIs

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Shift is within the US Time Zones)
