Once approved, The Ed2Chat J-1 Teacher Exchange Program will be designated by the U.S. Department of State as a J-1 visa sponsor for Teacher Exchange Visitors. Established under the Fulbright-Hayes Act of 1961, the J-1 visa promotes cultural exchange by enabling qualified international educators to teach in U.S. K-12 schools for up to five years.

What we do

The Ed2Chat J-1 Teacher Exchange Program will offer certified, English-speaking educators in high-demand subjects. The program trains, arranges transportation for, and monitors teachers who hail from various countries and are eager to teach in the United States.

Once approved being the J-1 Visa sponsor, E2C handles all administrative tasks, streamlining the process for both teachers and hiring schools.

The benefits are mutual. Students benefit from learning while experiencing diverse cultures. Schools benefit by diversifying their faculty to better reflect their student body. Teachers benefit from gaining valuable experience and sharing their knowledge.
