Job Purpose and Role

We are looking for a highly organized and systems-oriented Commercial Operations Specialist who will play an integral part in supporting the Revenue Generation team by ensuring the CRM remains accurate, prospect database continues to grow, outbound campaigns execute consistently, and sales leaders have the information they need to make great decisions.


This is a full-time remote role reporting to the Director of Branding & Marketing and supporting the company’s commercial function.


What You’ll Do

CRM & Commercial Data Management

  • Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of Salesforce CRM data
  • Create, update, and organize Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities
  • Import and enrich prospect data using ZoomInfo and other research tools
  • Monitor data quality, identify duplicates, and maintain CRM best practices
  • Ensure commercial data remains accurate, complete, and actionable

Prospect Research & Database Development

  • Research hospitals, health systems, and healthcare organizations across the United States
  • Identify decision-makers and buying committees using ZoomInfo and other research platforms
  • Build targeted prospect lists for outbound sales campaigns

Outbound Campaign Execution

  • Build and execute outbound email campaigns using Mailchimp and other marketing platforms
  • Manage campaign lists, segmentation, and distribution
  • Monitor campaign performance and support follow-up activities


Lead Intelligence

  • Manage Norwood’s Lead Forensics platform
  • Monitor website visitor activity and identify organizations demonstrating buying intent
  • Research organizations and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate salesperson


Commercial Reporting & Sales Operations

  • Prepare weekly sales dashboards and pipeline reports for leadership
  • Maintain commercial scorecards and reporting accuracy
  • Support weekly sales meetings with accurate reporting and insights
  • Help identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement


Process Improvement

  • Identify repetitive work that can be standardized or automated
  • Recommend improvements to commercial workflows and systems
  • Assist with implementing new technology and operational processes
  • Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency across the Revenue Generation function


We’re Excited About You Because You:

  • Have 2+ years of experience supporting sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, business operations, or CRM administration
  • Have experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Have experience using ZoomInfo or similar prospect research tools
  • Have experience supporting outbound email campaigns (Mailchimp experience is a plus)
  • Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
  • Learn new software quickly and enjoy working with technology
  • Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
