A Helpdesk Worker or Desktop Support provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.

A Software Engineer is an IT professional who designs, develops and maintains computer software at a company. They use their creativity and technical skills and apply the principles of software engineering to help solve new and ongoing problems for an organization.

A Data Entry Clerk is responsible for transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems. Their transfer of data happens manually or using scanners. An AI Engineer is a professional who's responsible for developing, programming and training the complex networks of algorithms that make up AI so that they can function like a human brain. This role requires combined expertise in software development, programming, data science and data engineering.

A Cloud Architect is an IT professional who is responsible for overseeing a company's cloud computing strategy. This includes cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and cloud management and monitoring.

A Technical Specialist is responsible for performing technical related activities in the design, fabrication, and maintenance support for specialized equipment used in research or clinical activities. Competencies for this role are usually gained through specialized or on-the-job training.
